Payroll Services for SMEs and Larger Companies

FRS Payroll provides payroll services to SMEs and larger companies to better help them manage the payroll process.

Below are the steps we take to implement our online payroll system and what you can expect from us along the way:

Initial Set Up
After discussing your company’s specific payroll needs, FRS Payroll will assist you in transferring all employee records and details into our online payroll system. This is done via CSV or Excel file. The first payroll run will be conducted alongside your current run to ensure accuracy and to ensure a smooth transition. We will then agree your company’s payroll timetable and approval process.

Payroll Runs
FRS Payroll will perform payroll runs as required, along with any updates for the period. We conduct the payroll runs as per your company’s requirements, whether it’s weekly, bi-monthly or monthly. We will also dispatch employee payslips via email or post.

Personalised pay and deduction reports and summary statements are issued with each payroll run, and FRS Payroll will perform HMRC reporting (including RTI).
Year end reporting packs with payroll figures will be provided and any P60 forms will be issued to you or your employees.
We also submit online FPS submissions to HMRC as part of end of year submissions.

BACS Files/Transfers
FRS Payroll will initiate and process any BACS files as needed.

Payroll Support
We provide on-going payroll support and are always available to help with any payroll or accountancy enquiries or issues.  At FRS Payroll, we seek to constantly meet or exceed your company’s expectations and to achieve this, we conduct an annual client service review to ensure you are happy with our services and online payroll processing system.
